By submitting your application for the Lxwyer Up Early Access program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information.
2. Early Access Program
The Lxwyer Up platform is currently in an early access (beta) phase. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Submission of the application form does not guarantee immediate access to the platform. Access is granted at our sole discretion.
- The platform may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause failures or loss of data.
- The features and services provided during this phase are subject to change, reduction, or cancellation without prior notice.
3. User Representations
You represent and warrant that the information you provide during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Lxwyer Up website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Lxwyer Up and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lxwyer Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the early access platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after such revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
